Clifford Perkins, through his company- CF Advisory Services Limited, partnered with Heath Buckeridge (HB) in January 2012 to develop and expand Business Advisory and Taxation Services offered by HB. Clifford will head up the Business and Taxation Services Division of HB
Clifford is a trained accountant, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Clifford trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers and following completion of his studies moved to Procter & Gamble in the UK where he held the position of Head of Taxation and Insurance for the UK operations. His career developed in the areas of International Financial management with senior management roles at Marks & Spencer PLC (Retailing), JP Morgan (Banking), the (former) Rank Organization PLC (Leisure and Entertainment), Royal Sun Alliance (Insurance) and latterly with Elementis PLC (Specialty Chemical manufacturing).
Clifford’s expertise is in areas of UK and International Financial management, Taxation and Finance and with a focus on Planning and transaction execution. His experience includes having managed numerous company transactions and reorganizations and in developing and implementing strategic and operational solutions across a broad spectrum of business activity. Clifford also has many years’ experience in helping companies develop and in assisting in the preparation of business plans as well securing finance.
Clifford is also a director and co-owner of RI Solutions Limited, a member of the Risk International Group of companies based in Cleveland, Ohio, USA (see www.riskinternational.com), through which he offers risk management and claims advisory services.
Clifford is a keen rugby supporter having coached at Marlow RUFC where he has also held the position of Director of Finance since 2003. His other interests include music and art. He is married with four children and lives in Marlow.
