Claire is Head of our Private Client Department. Her work encompasses Estate Administration (including estates with an international element), Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, trust creation and administration including advice to Trustees, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications and advice for the elderly. Prior to joining Heath Buckeridge, Claire spent some five and a half years with a firm in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Claire is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, a Member of the Law Society’s Probate Section and also has membership of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Claire is continuing with her studies and is currently undertaking further examinations to complete the Law Society’s Academic Stage of Training.
When Claire is not studying she enjoys various sports. She is an avid follower of Formula 1 and a supporter of Glasgow Celtic Football Club. Claire has recently undertaken a 13,000 foot skydive on behalf of the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.
