Alan joined the Practice in 2009 and Heads our Residential Property Department and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1984 and brings with him a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Alan specialises in Residential Property to include Sales and Purchases of both Freehold and Leasehold Property, Re- Mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership properties together with expertise in Lease extensions and Freehold Enfranchisement. Further he has experience in Private client matters to include Wills and Probate
Alan is married with two grown up daughters and lives in Maidenhead. His interests are broad but include football, golf, tennis and travelling.
